First off, thank you for taking the time to read this! I am a 35 year old Vet who served with the 173rd from 2015-2018 and am now working toward the completion of my masters degree at a University in Belfast, Ireland. The aim of my dissertation is to take a look at the struggles faced by all Vets from wars past and present in order to create some sort of future program to help all service members transition smoothly and with more options.
