I think I just went through every rank of general on this site, and couldn’t find him. I know I can recognize him when I see him. Anyways, I am trying to find a general who was at Al Udeid, Qatar air base in 2006. Possibly under the 379th. Reason is: He was known for cutting the engine tests on B-1 Bombers to significantly less, saving the Air Force a ton of money.
I know it might be hard to find, but I was surprised this website even had assignment history for generals.
