Influence

Phil Pringle is the Senior Minister of C3 Church in Sydney Australia, one of Australia’s largest and most influential churches. He is leader of the CCC movement internationally (a movement of over 150 churches). Phil’s relevant and dynamic style has made him a much sought after speaker in both Christian and secular contexts.

Becoming A Great Leader

Through ten clear and compelling chapters Phil Pringle addresses essential leadership qualities. He shares on becoming a servant (Ch. 1), conquering like a soldier (Ch. 3), discovering keys to success (Ch. 4), leading with strength (Ch. 5), displaying a secure persona (Ch. 8), becoming spiritually great (Ch. 9), and so much more!

Successful Leadership

Phil Pringle is informative, appealing and relational in his presentation. He employs quotes and illustrations efficiently to inspire and teach readers. Discussing servanthood, he relays Jim Rohn’s thoughts, “… one customer, well taken care of can be more valuable than $10,000 worth of advertising.” He suggests we take care of clients!

After engaging readers, Pringle begins to challenge people to embrace a new level. He states, “Strength is not optional but rather imperative in leaders. People will not follow weak, uncourageous leaders. They line up behind the courageous, the strong, the warriors.” And, “The world lies at the feet of the disciplined person.”

Phil does not promise easy solutions. He presents a clear analytical pathway to success. He explains, “Leadership does not automatically guarantee success. However, success will give you influence.” And, “Most opportunities come unlabeled… ‘Get rich quick’ schemes… so-called opportunities are designed to separate the naive and their money.”

Pringle provokes his audience with challenging Scriptures, relaying Jeremiah 8:20, “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved!” He suggests, “Amongst the most tragic verses… the cry of lost people… “

Using a great leader for inspiration (Jesus Christ), Phil Pringle skillfully motivates readers to progress, announcing, “Jesus passed from followership to leadership and the awesome purpose of his life began to unfold.” He also inspires with concise, provocative ideas as, “Better always to under-project and over-perform.” Humility wins out.

Excellence In Leadership

Phil Pringle skillfully navigates readers into actionable principles towards excellence in Leadership.
