The lawsuit alleges the Governor exceeded his statutory authority by continuing to reissue proclamations after the initial 60-day statutory grant of authority expired. The Attorneys For Freedom will seek a ruling declaring the Governor’s current proclamation to be invalid and in excess of his legal authority.
